2. Morgan Wallen is suspended from his label and booking agency
After a video surfaced of Morgan Wallen uttering a racist slur, the country industry have been quick to distance themselves from the star. This week, the star has been suspended from his label – Big Loud – and been dropped from his booking agency WME. The star’s music has also been pulled from over 400 radio stations and from CMT.
3. Carly Pearce announces new project – 29 – out next week
Carly Pearce has announced that she will be releasing a new seven-song project on February 19th, including her most recently-released track ‘Should’ve Known Better,’ available everywhere now.
