Kasey Tyndall has joined up with Nashville newcomer Graham Barham on new track ‘Preachers Need People.’
River House Artists’ Country rocker Kasey Tyndall has teamed up with Nashville newcomer Graham Barham in the honest single “Preachers Need People,” available everywhere today. The track is a heartfelt southern ballad, that sees the duo seamlessly harmonise about the perfect pairings of the world, singing headaches need hangovers and gypsies need a road / cussing needs a tongue to talk and these cigarettes need smoke / to keep this world spinning / sinners in them seats / yeah preachers need people like me.’
“When Graham brought this idea into the room with Beau Bailey and me, I just instantly connected with it and knew it was a song I needed to be a part of,” shared Tyndall. “I was so excited for Graham when he decided to share it with the world and all of the attention it got on TikTok, so of course when he approached me with the idea to re-release it as a duet, I couldn’t say no!”
Written by Tyndall, Barham and Bailey with production by Logan Maggio, the 615 House artist originally released the song in late August as his debut to Country music. Quickly receiving nearly 1M views on TikTok, Barham decided to rerelease the song with his co-writer. This release arrives on the heels of Tyndall’s single, “Nothin’ Wrong with Being Country,” which serves as a salute to her “redneck” roots. Tyndall often proves herself as “nothing less than a hard-hitter” (Country Now) as she continues to release music that reflects the woman she is with full transparency. The track is a sheer, authentic southern delight of a track that perfectly marries both artist’s vocals.
Tyndall kicked off the year with Drake White on his 20-stop The Optymistic Tour and had a summer full of festival performances. She is currently on the road with Bailey Zimmerman for select dates throughout October alongside Corey Kent. For upcoming dates, click here and keep up with her on Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
