Shaboozey announces first ever headline London show at Koko
Shaboozey’s meteoric rise in 2024 has captivated fans worldwide, and now, he’s gearing up for his much-anticipated UK headline debut. The one-night-only performance will take place at London’s iconic KOKO on Wednesday, 19th March 2025.
This exciting announcement follows an incredible year for Shaboozey in the UK, where his chart-topping success and critical acclaim have made waves. His summer smash hit, “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” became an international sensation, achieving platinum status and dominating the charts. The track held No. 1 for eight weeks on UK Radio Airplay, five weeks on The Big Top 40, and an impressive 18 weeks atop the Official Independent Singles Chart. Remixes by celebrated DJs David Guetta and Alesso further propelled the song into the dance and alternative scenes, broadening its appeal.
Shaboozey’s third studio album, Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, also saw major success, peaking at No. 2 on the OCC Official Country Artists Album Chart, solidifying his position as one of country music’s most exciting emerging talents, both in the UK and globally.
In June, Shaboozey wowed a massive 80,000-strong crowd at Wembley Stadium during Capital FM’s Summertime Ball with a surprise performance, further cementing his UK fanbase. His music has been praised for its genre-blending creativity, with Holler calling it, “A creatively diverse cocktail unlike anything in country music today.” Adding to his list of accolades, Shaboozey recently collaborated with none other than Beyoncé on her critically acclaimed COWBOY CARTER album, contributing two tracks: “SweetHoneyBuckiin’” and “Spaghettii.”
The upcoming KOKO show promises to be a raucous, foot-stomping celebration of Shaboozey’s eclectic discography, bringing together fans for a night of unforgettable music.
Shaboozey’s album Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going is out now.
