Two Ways Home have released their soulful new single, out everywhere today ‘Waiting on Luck.’ The Anglo-Austrian folk-rock duo’s new track follows hot on the heels after the return of their popular songwriters round The Round Up in London. ‘Waiting on Luck’ is a soulful country song encouraging people to make their own luck, “If you’re waiting on luck you’ll be waiting the rest of your life.” Of the track Lewis Fowler shares, “You often hear people say: you just need that one lucky break, but in reality you need to be working hard and putting yourself out there for something to come your way and you need to be ready for it.” Waiting on Luck was written by Isabella MaK, Lewis Fowler and Anna Krantz on a sunny morning a few months before the pandemic hit and as Two Ways Home were stuck at home, honing their production and mixing skills, they decided to record and mix Waiting On Luck solely by themselves in their studio.
