Chase Rice kicks off a new era of his music with the release of ‘Fireside.’
Chase Rice has embarked on a new musical journey with the independent release of his latest single, ‘Fireside,’ marking the inception of his forthcoming album. Following the success of 2023’s acclaimed ‘I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell,’ Rice continues to push the boundaries of vulnerability and authenticity in his songwriting.
In ‘Fireside,’ Rice, along with co-writers Jonathan Sherwood, Jackson Dean, and producer Oscar Charles, delves into the fiery passion of romance, igniting the chorus with a powerful rallying cry to “burn with me.” The single art, paying homage to Rice’s parents’ love story, adds a nostalgic touch, featuring his late father, Dan, and mother, Connie, captured at Road Atlanta in the 1970s.
Building on the momentum of his previous releases, ‘Fireside’ elevates Rice’s signature guitar-driven sound to new heights. With deeper, introspective themes woven into the music, Billboard praises Rice’s ability to captivate audiences with arena-ready anthems, while Forbes recognizes the singer’s evolution into a more reflective artist.
Fans can catch Rice performing ‘Fireside’ live for the first time on May 14 at the Grand Ole Opry, followed by appearances on Dierks Bentley’s Gravel & Gold Tour from June to September. Additionally, Rice is set to take the stage at major festivals including Tailgate N’ Tallboys, Summerfest, and Windy City Smokeout.
